Work permit for foreign citizens

Main activities of our company is the rendering of services on obtaining of work permit for foreign citizens.

At the present time foreign citizen does not have right to perform labour activities without work permit.

Procedure of receiving of Work permit is regulated by the "Rules of quota definition, conditions and order of permit issue for employers in order to Engage foreign man power to the Republic of Kazakhstan".
In accordance with these rules, legal body (employer) in order to receive permission submits Package of documents to authorized employment body for consideration by Committee, on the basis of which decision on granting (non-granting) of Work permission is given.
